We sell tickets for a variety of events including concerts, birthday parties, private showings, and more. If you would like to book us for an event, you can easily get in touch with us through our Facebook!

The only way we sell tickets is through our ticketbooth!

Our hours of operations are listed on our website, with our ticketbooth opening an hour to an hour and a half before the movie begins depending on the day.  Only rarely have we sold tickets through our website, and if anything changes we will alert you on our Facebook!

Sometimes, especially during the slow weeks, there may not be a staff member located at the ticketbooth. You will then proceed down Screen 2 and park by the building to buy tickets (Directions provided at Ticketbooth if this occurs).

Anyone who does not purchase a ticket will be approached once they park and given instructions on where to go for purchases. Do not be alarmed, this is our employees doing their jobs.

Our ticket prices cover one screen and both movies it shows. If you wish to switch screens, locate an employee or tell the employee at ticketbooth. You will be charged for another ticket and guided to the screen you wish to move to.

Montana Drive In accepts all major credit cards, as well as CashApp Pay for a contactless option. Cash, of course, is always welcomed! Upon paying with card, you will be charged a card processing fee of $1.

Our hours of operations are currently listed within our website. However, it does not go into the details. We are opened year-round, with Christmas Eve being our only day off. Being opened year-round also means we are opened rain, snow, or shine!

If, under severe weather, we do not find our hours safe for our employees or customers, we will post on our Facebook an update of our closing. Viewing a movie while it is raining is up to your discretion, and we do not give refunds based on weather.

Due to less movie releasing during the fall-spring seasons, our business does close for a portion of the week. But, don't worry, this schedule is only temporary! Fortunately, we do not close our doors for the entirety of this season. Our hours of operation will move from daily to Thurs-Sun.

This schedule switch is projected to happen after Friday, October 17th.

Yes, pets are even welcomed! Please make sure to keep them on leashes and do not bring them inside the concessions building.

We update our "Showtimes" page on Thursday nights to avoid confusion.

For our customers who like to prepare, we now have a "Coming Soon" page! This allows you to anticipate new releases and plan accordingly. Like most new things, we are still figuring out a routine on updating it. However, you can expect the "Coming Soon" page to update at the beginning of the weeks (Monday/Tuesday) as we will announce them once we know ourselves.

Our Facebook also posts updated Showtimes and you can refer to that.

We ask that all of our customers respect their neighbors. What this means is we ask everyone to turn their lights off so the screen is not obstructed and throw away any trash in the bag we provide. We also ask any diesel or lifted trucks to park in the back of each lot to not distract or block the screen. Any dogs must be kept on leashes and are not allowed inside the concessions building as it is a risk for anyone with allergies.

You are allowed to bring chairs, air mattresses, and even toys for the kids. You are not allowed to bring grills or stovetops, and please do not start a bonfire.

You are also not allowed to bring outside food or drinks, and although this is a rule, we do allow a Food Permit pass for anyone who needs their own food ($15 pass given with purchase).

We do not provide handheld radios. However, we do have audio and seating outside of each screen. It is best to come with a working radio system. Apps on phones do NOT work with our radio stations as they are private.

Like our Food Permit Pass, our other more "official" rule is to NOT switch screens. Our ticket prices cover one screen and both movies it shows. If you wish to switch screens, locate an employee. You will be charged for another ticket and guided to the screen you wish to move to.

We want all of our customers to have a great experience at the Drive In, and if at any point you are not enjoying your experience, please seek an employee as they are trained to assist you in all of your needs.

The Montana Drive In provides a unique experience for viewing movies, and our three screen theater is perfect for anyone–even those who have never been to a Drive In.

Firstly, it may be difficult to navigate our entrance and exit once the sun sets. The lane that leads behind a screen (Left of our marquee) is an EXIT, and has signs to show this. The lane to the right of the marquee is the ENTRANCE, this is where you will go to purchase tickets. You may want to arrive early for highly anticipated movies as it will secure your parking spot and give you enough time to explore our concession stand. We will provide you with a garbage bag and the radio station, then guide you to the movie you wish to see.

If you get lost, park closest to the building (not in our grass) and locate an employee. Or, park near Ticketbooth and find an employee there.

Sometimes, especially during the week, there may not be a staff member located at the ticketbooth. This is okay. You will then proceed down Screen 2 and park by the building to buy tickets (Directions provided at Ticketbooth if this occurs).

Once you have parked, you will tune into your radio station. We do not provide handheld radios. However, we do have audio and seating outside of each screen. It is best to come with a working radio system.

You may settle in and get comfortable, or you can visit our concession stand for any drinks, popcorn, or kitchen-related items.

After the movie(s) is over, you will then proceed to the exit.

If your car battery has died, we provide a set of jumper cables. You must provide an ID.  Our employees are not permitted to jump customers off, you may ask cars around you for help or we can provide other ways of assisting. Our employees know how to jump cars off, you are unsure how, please seek their assistance.

Often, with newer model cars, it is more difficult to figure out how to turn off your lights. Most times, putting your parking break on, turning the car off, and then back on will force the lights off. However, if nothing helps, we can provide garbage bags to place over both headlights.
